This year of my mom's life is going to be better than this past year. I am going to make that happen. Day 1 didn't get off to a great start and it is going to continue to be a battle but the bad days will be made up for. Happy Birthday mom! To a better year. They only thing that I hope continues from the treatment phase is the expanded sense of humor.
Also, happy birthday to my auntie Colleen, grandma and Nalani!
